I was a bit apprehensive about ordering, wondering if the shirts we ordered would arrive in time. The turn around time was far less than I thought. We will be ordering from you again! Julie Z. Ordering online was easy and it was really helpful that unit cost was broken down for each piece as I completed my order. I think that communication is one of your company's great strengths. When I placed my order, I not only received on email confirming my order and informing me of how to approve the artwork, I received a phone call as well. Also, after I initially approved the artwork, the artist informed me that the design could be printed larger than was originally thought. I was able to approve this change and the shirts turned out wonderfully! I really appreciate the fact that the artist (Sisco) went above and beyond to make sure that the shirts turned out great! At first, I was very skeptical of ordering online, especially pre-paying for a product before seeing a proof. However, once the process began, I was awed by the superb customer service every time I called (and I called many times)...the patience of Charlotte,the artist in creating variations until I was completely satisfied was great, her creative ideas incredible! The coolest part was being able to track my order step by step on the website, from the time I placed it to the time it was put on the Fedex truck. I was not even aware of that feature until I went to the site after getting my first e-mail to view artwork...that was a definite wow factor for me. The shirts are great, everyone loved it!
